BIOGRAPHY


Passionate about music from his earliest years, he began playing drums in 1983, later studying rudiments in depth at the PERCSTUDIO school in Turin with Professor Giorgio Gandino. He subsequently perfected his technique with renowned drummers and teachers such as Bruno Astesana, Marco Volpe, Giorgio Di Tullio, Enrico Lucchini, and above all the great Alfredo Golino.
He also attended seminars with international drum legends such as Vinnie Colaiuta, Tommy Campbell, Billy Cobham, Gregg Bissonette, Dom Um Romao, Peter Giger and Deen Castronovo.
He began performing live in 1986 with the progressive rock groups TALiESYN and TUNDRA, later starting his professional career in 1988 with numerous orchestras, night-club quartets, disco groups, conventions and private events, collaborating with:

John Jorgenson (Elton John’s guitarist), Tom Lane, Dave Pomeroy, Woody Lingle, Mammot’s Jack Country Rock Band, and on the national tours “Prendere e Lasciare” and “La Valigia dell’Attore” by Francesco De Gregori, also recording a live DVD.
